These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the xtremegroup.info website and your purchase of products and services from Xtreme Group ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Xtreme Group is a Cape Town-based supplier and installer of air conditioning, ventilation, heat pumps, CCTV, intercom, home automation, home theatre and DSTV systems, established in 1998 and operating from Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.

2. Products & Services

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images on our website are accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. While we make every effort to ensure prices are correct, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though this will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Quotations

Quotations provided by Xtreme Group are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, and are based on the information available to us at the time. A final price may be confirmed following an on-site assessment where required for installation projects.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract between you and Xtreme Group is only formed once we confirm your order in writing (including by email or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, there is a suspected error in pricing or product information, or we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case we will provide a full refund of any amount already paid.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners; Xtreme Group does not store your full card details. Full payment (or an agreed deposit, for larger installation projects) is required before goods are dispatched or work is scheduled, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

7. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timeframes provided on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery, while ownership passes once we have received payment in full. For installation services, a separate appointment will be scheduled with you, and you are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation site on the agreed date.

8. Warranties

Products sold by Xtreme Group carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty, and our installation workmanship is covered by our own workmanship warranty as communicated to you at the time of sale or installation. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), including the implied warranty of quality described in our Returns Policy.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our approach to returns, refunds and the statutory cooling-off period is set out in full in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Xtreme Group or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtreme Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products and services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the CPA or any other South African law.

13. Electronic Communications

In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"), you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, and agree that electronic records and communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will first be addressed through direct engagement between you and Xtreme Group. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you have the right to approach the National Consumer Commission, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, or a court of competent jurisdiction in South Africa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
